Welcome to my Blog. I am usually not very computer connected... however I was recently inspired by a friend, to join the world of blogging. Well because I never do anything "small", I now have not one blog, but THREE! Go figure. Being one who likes to analyze and then organize, I decided that it would not do to just mush everything I wanted to blog about onto one blog. So once the blogging seed was planted, a garden began to grow. I have a blog for family and friends to browse relating to what's happening in my life. I have another blog to share my arts and crafts with those who may have an interest. Then there is this blog...

Here I invite you into my mind and into my heart.

I have been an analytical, intellectualized thinking kind of person for as long as I can remember. Yet I have a big ol' heart filled with emotion and sentiment. Over the years I felt as though the connection between the two has perhaps become somewhat "staticy" to say the least. This I believe has been a result of life experience and a mode of protecting oneself by shutting down the emotional gateways to some degree. So as a means to grow back into myself, and reopen the mind heart connection, years ago I had begun a journey of self discovery through various books, tapes, workshops, and such forms of self-help experiences.

Today I feel that I have grown, stretched and evolved... yet the journey is never ending. I wish to share that which I have learned in this process of remembering who I am, in hopes of giving others some tools, insight and inspiration to make a deeper mind heart connection with themselves.

I know there are gifts within me just begging to be shared. I know I have something important to say. I hope that in sharing my mind and heart with you, that you may also recognize the gifts within you, that you too are in this life with an important message to pass on.
